code-as-data, data-as-code... great

this means we need to figure out how to give data structures similar affordances for management / debugging as code

broad areas:

stack traces that show data structure position rather than code position
coverage over data structures
debugging, step up / down over data structure rather than code
docstrings attached to data structures similar to classes / functions (help() method etc)
