Android Nougat 7.0, Chrome

Arrows are acting weird when we expand and collapse in the home page, and whenever we reload the homepage.
Note: I've tried with Marshmallow 6.0, no issue. I'm not sure it's only in my mobile.

This seems to a rare case which happens only on @safesurfer mobile, that only only on chrome browser not in any other browser specifically in home page. So moving this to low priority.
