Project 2022-12-055, task 5: Configuration and documentation

The goal of this task is to flesh out the required back-end API methods and deliver one or more configuration screens in the text-mode mail client which allow the user to interactively configure their mail client. There also needs to be documentation which explains the different settings and how they interact.

Milestone(s):

• Implement configuration and settings views in Urwid
• Document how to use relevant moggie APIs from the CLI or as a web API
• Document the configuration and settings
