External file creation not recognized by MGit #627

Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Have an cloned GitHub repository
Create with an other app an file (with obsidian in my case)
See that the file will not appear as added in MGit
Commits stay empty

Expected behavior
Same as fir changed files MGit should recognize file creations
