gray screen after loading singleplayer / multiplayer world #10

Sometimes this happen, sometimes no. No clue what it cause, it is doing even if i have only voxelmap installed.

Sometimes it "fix" itself when u load new/different world, or another server.

If you wanted any info, tell me!

Minecraft version: 1.12.2
Forge version: 14.23.5.2836
Voxelmap version: 1.9.6

oh and i forgot, that down yellow thing is "pro tip" from mod Aether II legacy
