Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using rename with multilingual sites (e.g. MangaDex), all files are renamed with no regard for the language of the downloadable file (e.g., I am using the rename string "%M% - %CH% - %C%").

Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to specify language in the rename string (e.g., %LANG%).

Describe alternatives you've considered
Didn't think of any. If there is one, please let me know.
