don't see what's the problem, i don't think i'm reformatting the files, and i'm not changing the line-endings either. i'll try again but this time not use my IDE to push the files, perhaps he's screwing it up. |

Restrict user list on the bug_change_status_page.php acording to workflow permisions over user profiles. A new function was created on access_api.php to handle this, and the new configuration option on config_defaults_inc.php was included ( as x[array [ array ] ] ) with the values of the profiles of the users that must be shown on thje moment of a status change acording to the status issued. Fixes mantisbt#54

Allow to configure if the last assigned user to the bug must be shown on the bug_change_status_page.php or be restricted to the user list according to workflow permissions over user profiles. This commit is comanion of the 237b6b6 Fixes: mantisbt#54
