《瑪利歐兄弟》（日語：マリオブラザーズ，英語：Mario Bros.，也稱水管瑪利歐，香港俗稱「水管孖寶兄弟」），是一款由任天堂開發第一部製作和開發的平台遊戲，最早於1983年在街機上出品，後移植至FC等其它平台。本遊戲由宮本茂創作。

在遊戲中，瑪利歐和他的兄弟路易吉的角色是一名意大利裔美國水管工。他們的任務是在紐約市的下水道中清理眾多怪物。清理怪物的時候，需要在下層撞擊使他們停止走動，然後再過去消滅他們。在最初的街機和FC/NES 版本中，遊戲收到正面的評價。
