connect fails when using sslh port multiplexer at server

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install sslh on ssh server side in order to open ssh session on 443 or 22 
either
2. try to connect 443-> connect fails, while connect to 22 is ok

Connecting with desktop openssh is possible on both ports.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
sshtunnel should open either port 443 or 22

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Client IP either by mobile provider or diailup/DSL - same result.
Android 4.4.4, kernel 3.4.0-cyanogenmod
