There seems to be a bug with switching windows using Alt + Tab:

The tile circled in blue is my mouse, and the red circle is the bug. It appears that pressing Alt + Tab makes the Alt key "stick", and then pressing Alt by itself makes it go away.

Sorry that fixing this took so long! It turned out to be a bit of a silly bug in the end.
