Add a delimiter in the mapcache jobs folder names, between the name and the id #89

As it is actually, if the fifth job launched is called test1, the folder will be called test15.

Then, if the 15th job is called test, the folder will also be called test15.

Adding an underscore between the job name and id will prevent this problem (test1_5 vs test_15)
