Cómo convertir de Sketchup a OSM.

Es preferible usar Blender. El truco para colocar la figura fue poner un nodo en el centro del lugar en el que se desea colocar. Y usé las propiedades de wikidata como "coordenada" para situar el modelo sobre el mapa

Pero se puede exportar uno hacia otro, con el formato Collada

DWG format has always been an issue, I think the best way is conversion to some intermediate from, but also OSM S3DB might have completely different ground rules (I dont know SketchUp)
you may have better luck with DXF, possibly try GNU LibreDWG https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/518/how-do-i-import-map-data-from-a-dwg-file-to-openstreetmap
