Schedule an expense template to be instantiated in recurring period

An expense template can declare period "monthly" and day "25", or "weekly" and "sunday".
- Select whether automatic instantion is enabled, or only notification.
Once a day an API would search for templates scheduled for today and instantiate them.
- It would be great to produce an notification in the morning
- And if the user didn't instantiated the template manually, create an instance in the evening automatically.
