Want: Bucket to bucket copy in official release

It's been done here in another fork, I would love to see this part of the master so I can have this functionality without extending AWS outside of the gem.

I cherry-picked an alternate approach by Jon Moses, polished it up a bit and added a bug fix for non-ascii characters in keys on my branch at http://github.com/dasil003/aws-s3

Although that approach is a bit out of place right now, I think it could be extended to great utility throughout the gem to lighten the params/options semantic overhead a bit.
