DamnVid should be translated in Vietnamese. This issue keeps track of that.

Sorry for being late! I am still on the way to translate the file to 
Vietnamese. The work is about 80%. I will inform you as soon as I finish it. 
Then, you can check it for me

Go to the Help Menu -> About DamnVid, and double-click on the DamnVid logo. You 
should understand~
