Razer Synapse 3.0 shows "Update required"

Sup,
I've tried to connect the bridge to my Razer Synapse (3.0) account and it only shows this:

(Update Required, use the Hue App to update your Hue devices)

How can I fix this? If i use the point "softwareupdate" in the app, it just endlessly searches for updates or shows an error.

If I click "Erneut Versuchen" (german for Try again) it just rediscovers the same bridge and I have to press the link button again.

Razer synapse uses the hue entertainment api. This is not yet supported in diyHue. Untill then, synapse won't work, there is nothing you can do.
