Please tag versions with semver

I've been trying to use https://github.com/golang/dep to download goth, and was disappointed that the project does not provide semver releases. Please consider creating a 1.0.0 tag and using semver to signal changes in the library.

@markbates how do you think about this? This would also open up a way to provide backward incompatible changes which we now don't want to do

Ok, I just tagged with v1.38.0. That's v1, plus a minor for each of the providers.

@willemvd will you own cutting new versions going forward?

@markbates A tag for every merged PR or do you want to save a few before releasing a new version?

Depends on whether it warrants a release or not. New providers should get tagged, definitely, big bug fixes, etc... small things like typos, docs, etc... don't need new tags.
