More active maintainers

As of now goth team seems dead, and hasnt properly replied to issues and prs, as a goth user ill like to help goth and maintain it, I have been working with go for a year now and have a great understanding of goth code base

As one of the project leads of Gitea (which makes use of goth), have multiple merges to goth, and have reviewed/provided feedback to other PRs, I'd be more than happy to help maintain goth.

Apologies for the lack of activity on this repo – my work has changed over the years of being a maintainer of Goth, and lately I haven't been able to keep up anymore.

I previously reached out to Mark privately about making @techknowlogick a maintainer, and while he agreed to do it, it looks him and I misunderstood how some of GitHub's then-newer repo management tools worked, which resulted in nothing being done. I'm going to reach out again to see if he can make that change, since I don't have permission to manage maintainers on this repo (despite being one).

I'm going to pin this issue and close it once I resolve this.
