It seems that Maki's internal assets aren't being generated, and have to be manually added to a public/ folder for a melody-powered site to appear as designed.

This is the temporary fix, but solving this for all other Maki apps (via martindale/maki#109) would be fantastic: https://maki-dev.slack.com/archives/melody/p1451413587000014
