About compute-score

Thank you for developing such an interesting software.
When I ran on my own data, I found that the "norm_score" of all traits was the same(not 0), and I wanted to know what happened.
I directly used the "gs file" of the traits in the article. And h5ad file contains T cells from normal thymus
