[BUG]: Main Menu dropdown doesnt show when clicked during fullscreen mode

Brief description of the issue

In full-screen mode (F11) when you click on any section of the Main Menu (File, view, Field, Account, etc..) You cannot see the dropdown menu.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have lightshot installed on my PC to take pictures. Whenever I press the PrintScreen button during the Full-screen mode of RSSGurard, the dropdown menu appears. I think that the drop-down menu opens but on the backside of the current full-screen window.

How to reproduce the bug?

1. Press F11
2. Click on any section of Menu
3. you will fail to see the drop-down menu

What was the expected result?

The expected result was to see the drop-down menu like the following:

What actually happened?

You cannot see the dropdown menu when in fullscreen mode
