Describe the bug
The cursor blurred on MacOS on Map View, see the screenshot for the behavior.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start VATprism
  2. Navigate to Map View

Expected behavior
Not sure what it should look like. Maybe an icon of a hand?

Screenshots
blurred

Additional context

  • OS: MacOS 11.6
  • Hardware Platform: Apple M1
  • Only tested on 0.2.0 stable version. Not being able to test it on 0.3.0-beta.25 since I got a "Failed load view" error on startup. Probably worth to be another issue?

@websterzh Please create a separate issue for this and attach the pertaining log. The logs should be found under

/Users/<Account>/Library/Application Support/VATprism/logs

I think this is already fixed, but I'm not sure so I'm keeping this open.

Please check if the issue persists on the latest prerelease

I was able to replicate this on the latest prerelease. Not quite sure if there's a fix or if it's an issue with the framework. The cursor seems to be working fine for a little bit and then break.

I second the issue with the curser on OSX.

However this does only occour when the curser is in the map view, not over any menu buttons.

In case you (marvk) haven't done this already, might you consider updating JavaFX to see what happens? A new LTS did just release, after all.
