building errors after cloning repo

I 'm trying to add some themes, but getting errors while trying to build project.

It appears that you have not installed the dependencies - pnpm install

Actually, I installed it using 'npm install' but also tried with 'pnpm'. Which version of Node are you using for the build?
It is still giving errors after running 'npm run ts-check:vue'.
I tried using both '16.15.0,' as I found in the description for volta dependency, and the latest version, but no luck, I'm still stuck at errors with both versions. What am I missing?
