WIP on Settings element.
Export Mastodon model to a proper Fiji MaMuT file.
Mastodon may have feature keys with space. Which is not OK in XML. Also export a dummy TrackMate version so that the generated .xml files can also be opened in TrackMate (even if the image will not be opened).
Import feature values into the feature model.
Now we follow file format v0.2.

This PR ships
a TrackMate importer that will import the model part of a TrackMate XML file into a model. This works for TrackMate file generated by TrackMate and MaMuT. Feature values are imported and declared in the FeatureModel. They are not recomputed if the model changes afterwards.
a MaMuT export that exports a whole Mastodon project as a MaMuT file. This includes properly setting the link to the xml/h5 dataset and exporting the bigdataviewer settings.
