Follow-up to mastodon/mastodon#20923 in core mastodon repo
NOTE: I wasn't sure which files to change vs. which are auto-generated via localization script. I will update PR once someone advises. Also, I realize this doesn't fit in the current one-line view of the prompt. I'm anticipating changes from #800. Thanks!
Current prompts to add alt text and other forms of media to posts reference "impairment."
In contrast, Twitter uses language such as "blind or low-vision" as it relates to sight, since words like "loss" and "impairment" have more negative connotations.
The National Center on Disability and Journalism provides detailed guidance on which phrases are preferred when describing folks with disabilities.
This PR updates language in Mastodon's media description prompts to better conform with the guidance above.
