This keeps the same design that exists currently, but makes "Trending now" into a link to the Hashtags section of "Explore". Resolves mastodon#21758.

This keeps the same design that exists currently, but makes "Trending now" into a link to the Hashtags section of "Explore". Resolves mastodon#21758.
