Short description texts on bright background in landing pages are hard to read because of low contrast #4556
Ref. I'm testing this commit in my about page and about/more page .

Since I have no authority and sense of design, I used the default colors. If you feel strange, please give me your opinion.

I updated this pull request as increasing contrast of ALL elements in landing pages.
This is to comply WCAG 2.0 guidelines on contrast ratio .
