Downloading and creating Cheats

Would be nice if openWiiFlow could download .txt-Cheats from
geckocodes.com, and make .gtc-Files of it. So basicly downloading cheats,
and activating some, like CFG-Loader does.

This is already being worked on and address and hopefully should make Rev9 or
probably Rev10.
