Can't install new game on free usb wbfs formated drive.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. cIOS249rev14 AND cIOS222rev4
2. WiiFlow 1.1 R13 v249 & WiiFlow 1.1 R13 v222
3. Starting wiiflow with a usb device formated in wbfs without any game
install yet.  WiiFlow will ask to install a game by pressing the install
button and will freeze, the wiimote will unsync affter few second and will
have to hard reset the wii.  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Installation of a game.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WiiFlow 1.1 R13 249/222
Wii Sysmtem menu 4.1
cIOS249rev14 & cIOS222rev4

Please provide any additional information below.
The drive was formated using the latest wbfs build for linux.  The same
process was tryed on usb loader gx rev806 and the problem didn't occur.
