It may be beneficial depending on the circumstances to have a distinction between different pass scenarios.
For example, if you press up it indicates both were favoured, but you couldn't choose, while down is more noncommittal or both lose/get skipped.
Though, not too familiar with this ranking system, so not sure how applicable it is. I just worry that images I skipped will be rated lower.
When you pass on a choice the system currently does nothing to the rankings.
I could edit this so that the system takes this as a draw between the "teams" of tags.
I chose not to do this since I considered the point of the non-decision mainly as a "these cannot be compared".
It makes sense to me to change this such that there is a "cannot be compared" and a "this is a draw" option. I'm currently working on ranking images based on the tag rankings that you have, so it'll have to come after that.
How does the system currently handle non-decisions? How does that impact the ratings?
Does the system prioritise getting decisions for images that haven't been shown as often, or is it fully random?
