Make documentation available in other languages

It would be good to add ability to create translations of articles
There is also need to note that translation outdated based on translation and source versions somehow
Then we could show something like: This article available in your language

Having translations for our documentation would be awesome, indeed.
But I doubt this is something we are able to provide any time soon.
It's a lot effort to make that possible and also to keep everything in the translations up to date.
