Easy way to bypass this detection

I have installed this script on my website and i sent some bot traffic from "otohits.net" and this script does not detect anything because the verification based only in the user agent variable but this bot could pass this by generating fake useragent, so my questions is there any other solutions to block those bot visits ??

@elhannaoui-ayoub it seems you don't understand the point of this list. It's for blocking unwanted "spam" domains coming in the Referer: header. It is not for blocking any bot visits, just the ones that advertise specific domains. And it has nothing to do with User-Agent header.
