I was going to make an argument to the effect of "these are pending=True deprecations, so most users don't see the deprecation warnings" However, after looking at the rendered docs/runtime docstring I see that if you are looking at those the deprecations are quite visible, and so having both is superfluous, as that is the only time you'd see the "Discouraged" admonition anyway. |
