I've seen people struggling following the instructions.

  • The most essential part is the create classic app link, I have no idea how to create classic app without following it.
  • Creating the bot user through App Home is more reliable because the Bots button is sometimes inside Add features and functionality that is collapsed.
  • Added some screenshots so the users know what to look for.

This looks fine, I'm going to add a sneaky changelog to this. Actually I can't do it because I'm not allowed to edit the PR, can you modify the PR to add a changelog entry like "Mention the need for a classic app in the documentation." in changelog.d/427.doc @mmilata ?
