Hi @gleachkr. Just so you're aware, this MSC isn't likely to see review until it's unmarked as a Draft (but perhaps you're waiting for MSC3574 to land first?).

Thanks! I was thinking that this ought to wait on MSC3574 (changes there might force changes here). But this is now pretty much fully implemented, so maybe it would make more sense to just bundle all of the markup proposals?
