0.0.237 includes a change (astral-sh/ruff#2293) to ruff's pyproject.toml which fixes a build error for me.

Developers would have only experienced this if they needed to build their own ruff binaries, which most won't. I am doing so as the binaries ruff ships are incompatible with NixOS.

No code style changes were necessary. This update does mention a minor breaking change with regards to ruff's cli interface, but this change does not affect any invocations of ruffs cli that we have in Synapse's repo.
