I find that our issue template is easy to ignore and hard to read.
Most of the time, it seems to be ignored.
It would be useful to us if homeserver admins didn't ignore it and so they provided the logs, to save us just having to ask the same questions.
These new issue forms seem a bit easier to follow than the templates, so I propose we try them?
As a real-world example, Element Web use these forms in their repository.
