It would be nice to easily tell which games are finished. This could clean up the main menu, since we could demote/hide finished games.

Seems like it's expensive to calculate whether a game is finished, but going forward, we can publish a "finished" bit (or just have player 0 publish it to avoid races) when anybody calculates that the game is done.
