New expand abbreviation

• p>a>{one}+em{two} done

Upgraded “Wrap With Abbreviation” action

• ul>li*>a{Click at $#}
• span[title=$#]{Element’s title is $#}*
• ul>li*>span{$#}+{ }+a[title=$#]{$#} hmm, is this a good? no!

New actions

I guess that this is not task of zencoding-vim.

Other Feature

• li*4>span.item$ will produce repeated <li><span class="item4">
  I can't beleave this behavior.
• Update image size action now works in CSS too.

If anyone hope to add new feature of 0.7, please create new issue.
