During building with gcc 10.0.1

src/hash.cpp:14:16: error: ‘runtime_error’ is not a member of ‘std’
   14 |     throw std::runtime_error("object too large");
      |                ^~~~~~~~~~~~~

Fixed by adding the line

#include <stdexcept>

in hash.ccp.

I am not really sure that is really the correct thing.

Including <stdexcept> is the right solution. Mind opening a PR with the fix?
