info: add duration since arming and takeoff #2281

This adds two fields: - Duration since arming - Duration since takeoff And also: - Simplifies the info plugin a bit by just requesting FLIGHT_INFORMATION at 1 Hz. - Slightly cleans up the info plugin. - Slightly cleans up the info integration test. Signed-off-by: Julian Oes <julian@oes.ch>
