- Added General/Plan setting for VTOL transition distance. This is used to default takeoff and landing pattern items to good values.
- In general better VTOL defaults all around
- Better wording/warnings for VTOL takeoff and landing pattern
- VTOL Landing Pattern now starts with click to set landing point
- Added support for NaN as FactMetaData default
