Can we still put Network Morphism in hyperparamers optimizzation field?

Looks really cool, but I wouldn't know how to integrate this in the current setup. I think that should be another project.

Yes I still really don't figure where this could be explored. At keras level? On elephas? Or we are still considering that hyperparameters explorations?

There's many interesting ideas out there that aren't core keras. To be honest, I'm currently tinkering with evolving neural nets with genetic algorithms. Maybe that's worth another extension and the above paper would certainly fit into that.

Also Keras graph API is changing so some interesting things could be discussed in the new design. See keras-team/keras#1960
