Ship an optional CPU miner

I have a weak machine so I mine with cpu+gpu. Would be nice to add xenoncat's cpu solver to your gpu miner because there is no better one around. Your gpu solver + xenoncat's cpu solver are the best!

Thank you in advance. The code is in https://github.com/xenoncat/equihash-xenon Seems easy to build the solver one just needs to add it to your python miner. Some of the people mine not for big profit just with a laptop with mobile gpu or weak desktop pc with integrated gpu so it helps to set for cpu+gpu mining.
