Clean up CSS

It's sort of an ad-hoc mess. It works, but it's inelegant.

• Consider adapting Bootstrap?
• At least apply Sass better.

No man. No bootstrap. Everything looks like bootstrap these days.

We use bootstrap in our sixpack ab testing platform and it looks pretty sweet. You just need to customize it a bit.

Sure but for what I'm doing I don't need it; it's a lot to bring inline for a very simple web UI.
