it's hardcoded in a lot of places right now:

build.sh:export PROJECT_ID=mco-fyi
build.sh:docker build --tag "gcr.io/${PROJECT_ID}/mco-fyi" .
build.sh:docker push "gcr.io/${PROJECT_ID}/mco-fyi"
deploy.sh:export PROJ=mco-fyi
main.go:        proj := "mco-fyi"
