Go through pull requests and label some for 1.10.0 release.
- Use a 1.10.0 milestone, initial date 2023-02-24 for rc1
Would like to have people write release notes with the changes rather than having to figure it out at release time. David to propose an update describing the process.
Prepare for a release.
Issues with newer devices:
- Larger write alignment
- NAND support?
- not-flash, persistent RAM types
