Docker image uses a no longer supported go version

Hello, the ofelia docker image was just integrated into mailcow.
Unfortunately, the current docker image (mcuadros/ofelia:latest) includes outdated software.

• mcuadros/ofelia:latest -> FROM golang:1.13.10-alpine -> The version is out of support
• alpine:3.11 could also be upgraded to alpine:3.13.

An updating would be very nice, because otherwise Ofelia does not match to the description "Ofelia is a modern ... " :-)
