Setup date/time

The setup date is auto set to the day of the event already, but the time always requires a manual update.

We should consider adding options to auto set both the date and time based on pre-defined options that are customisable via MDJM settings - i.e. Default setup time is x hours before event start

Fields should still be able to be updated manually
