Mapping the BIC to an IBAN is actually the most difficult part, because the IBAN usually only includes the domestic bank code. For this reason, you have to have different sources that provide a relationship between bank code and BIC. We only have this information for a couple of countries currently and without a mapping to a domestic bank-code there is not much I can do with the list of BICs that you provided.

We did a couple of them for French, Luxembourg, Turkish, and Spanish banks if you want some examples :

Most countries don't share an up-to-date list which makes it really hard to keep up.
However for the one who does we have some scripts to update them (such as Germany for instance)
